We took a drive up to the highest point in Istanbul, and then back to our hotel, giving us just enough time to prepare for the Turkish folk dinner show. Yes, it’s a real touristy thing to do, but the show was fun. We saw several folk dances from different areas of the country as well as some belly dancing. Between the tour and the show, this was a very long day! The next and final day in Turkey was dedicated to shopping. We spent most of the day at the Grand Bazaar. By the time we were done, we were getting the hang of bargaining for a good price. I guess that means we’re ready for our next trip to Istanbul!
